I'm Viv, a passionate creative communicator with 18+ years of experience crafting compelling brand and marketing strategies across startups and established industry leaders (B2B + B2C).
I am known for heart-centered, results-driven storytelling that builds strong brand connections through strategic partnerships, organic media relations, and community engagement. With a focus on meaningful storytelling, my work fosters authentic connections, benefiting guests, teams, and local communities alike.
In 2019, I chose to shift my ever-growing quiver of skills to support nonprofits that wouldn’t otherwise have the resources or bandwidth to identify needs or challenges and complete critical projects. As the world pivoted in 2020, these efforts were extended to local organizations and regional and national brands, making a difference in our communities.
In 2021, I moved to the Oregon Coast with my Partner and fur kids, accepting a dynamic role that connects hospitality, craft beer, tourism, and community impact. I've thoroughly enjoyed sharing what I've learned with you and look forward to seeing where this adventure takes us next.

I believe that there is a responsibility in the "professional" realm to take part in this movement as people and businesses learn to thrive harmoniously in balance.
Whether it be with their audiences, guests, partners, or team members, an organization is only as steadfast as its least engaged and balanced leader.
Background
Born and raised in Downtown Los Angeles, CA to a fashion designer/educator mother and a musician/carpenter father, creativity was a driving facet of my upbringing.
It spurred a desire to explore whatever "creative" fiber I possessed in my existence, to find a way to contribute back to the communities I have had the opportunity to call home over the years.
The intention behind the work I invest myself in originates from the thought of giving what used to be considered, inconceivable and metaphysical ideas a tangible and magnetic identity that independently exudes soul and depth.
Roaming the earth with my partner in life (a.k.a Man Child; Husband), we embarked on an adventure to support and serve the communities we had been fortunate to call home or had visited along our travels.
This adventure led to the creation of Soul Wave Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
